All copyrights to "mpTrim PRO" & "WavTrim PRO" are exclusively owned by the author - Jean Pierre Nicolle. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use "mpTrim PRO" or "WavTrim PRO" on one computer at a time, for any legal purpose. The registered "mpTrim PRO" & "WavTrim PRO" software may not be rented or leased but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

These software and all the accompanying files are provided "as is" and without any warranties expressed or implied including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event should the author be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this product.

You may not copy, rent, lease, sell, distribute, modify or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. Registering entitles you to one year of free updates. During that period, any new option or feature added to "mpTrim PRO" & "WavTrim PRO" will be included for free to current owners of valid registration, even if that new feature or option comes at extra cost for new registrations. New versions will appear at my discretion. Owners of currently active registration will receive new updates automatically by email each time a new version appears. Once the one-year period expires, they will stop receiving updates. Updates details can be found here.
